    What is my username?

    Your username is the email address you used when registering.


    I have forgotten my password.

    Your password was emailed to you on registration. You may request a password reminder email to be sent to you by clicking here.

    I am having problems completing my name and address details on the registration page. What should I do?

    If you are unable to register, please call our customer service team on 0871 423 5656 and an advisor will guide you through the process.

    Can I change my email address online?

    Customers are unable to change their email address as it is also the username for their account. If you need to change your email address please re-register and the new email will be allocated as your username.

    There are no items in my shopping basket - Why?

    Our website uses cookies. It is possible that the security settings of your browser do not allow the use of cookies. Please reset your browser to allow cookies. See how by clicking here.
    If after allowing cookies your shopping basket is still empty please delete your temporary internet files. If you are unsure how to do this please contact your internet service provider who will be able to assist you further.

    Am I charged for the items I purchase as soon as my order has been placed?

    No, you will only be charged for your purchases once your order has been despatched.

    Can I use gift vouchers I have received when ordering online?

    Yes, you will be given the option to enter your gift voucher codes during the checkout process.

    The multibuy discounts have not been applied to my order

    Have you used a discount code on your order? Multibuy offers can not be used in conjunction with other offers.

    Can I have my order gift wrapped??

    We offer a gift wrapping service at a cost of £3.50 per item.

    Can I go back into my order and amend it once i have submitted it?

    No, but you are welcome to contact our Customer Service team on 0871 423 5656 and they may be able to amend the order for you.

    Why can't I select next day delivery when ordering online?

    Due to technical restrictions this option can not be offered at present. However, you can always contact our Customer Service team after your order has been placed and they can change the delivery method for you.

    Why does my first order have to go to my home address when ordering online?

    To help eliminate possible fraudulent practises, it is necessary for us to ensure we deliver your first order to the address your credit card is registered to.

    Can a collection be arranged for larger items and is there a charge?

    Yes this can be arranged for you at a cost of £7.

    I have some credit available to use, can I allocate thos to my online order?

    Unfotunately we do not have the facility to allow credits to be used via the internet at this stage. We are working hard to develop our website further so that this facility may be available in the future. for the time being, please contact our Customer Service team and they will be happy to assist you in using a credit against an internet order.
