Free P&P to Mainland UK
We are currently the only specialist maternity and baby website offering free delivery to MAINLAND UK addresses as a standard service. Free P&P is available to MAINLAND UK addresses only. (Mainland does not include Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Man and the Channel Islands). We apologise to our customers in those areas, whose orders fall into a higher charge rate from our delivery contractors. Due to large surcharges some bulky items will incur a delivery charge to the Scottish Highlands. 
 
Our 100% Guarantee
Our clothing designs are made with great care and a huge effort is put into quality control and garment technology to ensure comfort and an excellent fit. Our returns rate is almost half the industry average – but we continue to work hard at improving and refining the collections. If you do need to return or exchange an item please send it back in its original packaging, unworn and in saleable condition, within 10 days of receipt. Please note that delivery charges (where applicable) and returns postage are not refunded and sadly we cannot be responsible for returns – so please get a proof of postage. Exchanges are processed immediately and replacements should be with you in about 5 days. Claims for lost outgoing parcels cannot be made until enough time has passed to allow for delays in the post, generally 10 working days. Any item damaged in transit must be reported within 2 days of receipt. Furniture deliveries must be checked on arrival and damages to packaging reported to the driver. Full returns details are found in your parcel.
Delivery Details
When items are in stock your order will be sent within 24 hours, making delivery around 3 to 5 working days. If something is ‘out of stock’ there may be a delay, sometimes up to 28 days. The rest of your order will be sent to you and the out of stock item(s) will follow. Your credit or debit card will be charged only when an item has been sent to you. We regret that we can no longer accept cheques. During exceptionally busy times, such as the launch of a catalogue or a sale, there may be a slight delay in delivery.

International Postage

for further details. Local import duties may be charged at port of entry and local import taxes may be payable on receipt.
The above chart gives you the maximum shipping costs per weight band. Parcels may be subject to a volumetric charge if they exceed 1.84m x 1.5m at their greatest. In these cases the shipping cost is calculated on size not weight. The chart is a guideline and prices may vary.
Our website will calculate the shipping cost automatically.

 
Stock Availability
Due to the fact that we use small factories we occasionally struggle to keep up with unexpected levels of demand. We try hard to predict our bestsellers, but can be caught out. If there is a delay we will advise you at the point of order. Occasionally we sell out of something completely and sadly cannot get new supplies.
Express Delivery
DHL Express Delivery Service - £5

Order by noon, Monday to Friday and your parcel will be delivered within 48 hours. Unfortunately, we cannot tell you what time it will arrive; we recommend that you give us an address where there is someone in all day as DHL deliveries must be signed for or collected at the depot. This service is only available to mainland UK customers. 

(Mainland does not include Scottish Highlands and Island, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Man and Channel Islands). We apologise to our customers in those areas, whose orders fall into a higher charge rate from our delivery contractors. Due to large surcharges some bulky items will incur a delivery charge to the Scottish Highlands. 

Saturday AM Delivery Service - £13
Order by noon Friday and your parcel will be delivered on Saturday morning (mainland UK only).
 
Returns and Exchanges
We hope that you are satisfied with your purchases. If you wish to exchange or return an item please remember to quote your customer number on all correspondence and follow these instructions:
 
  • Complete the form on the reverse of your despatch note and enclose it in your parcel. Keep the top copy for your records.
  • Obtain a free proof of postage from the post office which will serve as your security in case your parcel gets lost in the post.
  • Please allow 14 days for processing. Credit card refunds will appear on your next bank or credit card statement.
  • P&P (where applicable) and returns postage are direct costs and we regret that they cannot be refunded.
  • JoJo Maman Bébé regrets that we cannot be held liable for returned parcels which are lost or damaged in the post.
  • If your exchange is of higher value than your returned item(s), complete the additional payment box. Postage and packing is not charged again on exchange orders for UK customers. Regretfully, we do have to charge customers outside of the UK the postage and packing costs for exchanges. Your exchange will be processed as quickly as possible, generally within a couple of days.
