I very recently purchased the tankini and agree with other reviews; when first pulling them out of the bag. the size of the bottoms are a little overwhelming. However, I'm usually a size 10 & they fit really well. I'm 20 weeks pregnant and there is plenty of room for my bump to grow into both the top
  • Kat on Thursday, April 17, 2014
Very flattering, very comfortable and feels very safe and supportive - no risk of either bump or boobs falling out whilst swimming!
  • Emma on Wednesday, April 16, 2014
Brilliant, good support around the bust and over the bump.
  • Cathy Tinline on Monday, April 14, 2014
It looks great in the pictures but sadly it's far too short for anyone taller than around 5'4" so the top won't cover your bump throughout pregnancy
  • Sarah on Monday, March 17, 2014
I purchased this swimsuit when I was 35 weeks pregnant, I know a little late. However I'm so pleased I did. I've purchased other maternity swimsuits from other retailers in the past, the quality wasn't as good as JoJo's. So pleased I purchased this. I've used it a few times now, I like how the bottoms come up high and nearly cover my bump ( baring in mind I'm quite far gone in pregnancy now) the top is also great, doesn't ride up and is very comfy. Another great purchase from JOJo.

This is a really great product that fits perfectly. It has discreet support undearneath the bust which makes me feel more secure. It covers my bump and is really nice and comfy. The quality of the fabric is fantastic. Would recommend for the summer months. I bought it to wear for a water birth and am really really pleased.
  • Mrs Jones on Tuesday, March 11, 2014
I am currently 20 weeks and it is a perfect fit. I do however tuck the bottoms in at the moment as when doing aqua aerobics there is alot of give so plenty of room to grow. would recommend.
  • Angela on Monday, March 10, 2014
Very flattering and comfy tankini. I have tried plenty on but none can compare. I am a 32G in pregnancy and have struggled to find something that is supportive but not baggy at the back - this ticks all the boxes. Worth the money in my eyes. I went for a Medium as I would normally buy a 12.
  • Sarah on Monday, March 03, 2014
A very comfortable tankini which have bottoms that have a bump band to provide extra coverage. Very pleased with this purchase. I am a size 12 and I ordered a medium which still has room to grow with 7 weeks of pregnancy left.
  • Janine Scutt on Tuesday, February 18, 2014
Most of the maternity tankinis I tried offered no chest support at all - which seems crazy as surely this is a time when most women need that more than ever! This isn't a time for flimsy halterneck styles. This tankini is great, with two adjustable straps and a built in support shelf. The high waisted briefs look slightly alarming at first (HUGE) but are very comfortable. Great product.

A great fitting tankini. I am 5ft 10 so struggle to get swimming costumes that are long enough and find that tankini tops can also be quite short. This one is a great size though, the top is long and has lots of room for bump growth and the bottoms have some extra material that you can pull over your bump in case the top rides up while you are swimming. Now I feel nice and dignified going to the local pool :)

I was very happy with this product. It came very quickly and is very comfortable with plenty more room to grow in. Will certainly consider buying more maternity wear from JoJo- such a good selection and much easier than going to the shops.
  • Iona on Tuesday, December 24, 2013
I bought this tankini for hydrotherapy and have found it very comfortable. What particularly drew me to this one over others I had seen was the over-the-bump knickers, which certainly gave me a bit more coverage when the top rose up slightly in the water. I am happy with this product, but found the sizing guide was a little misleading as I was a 14 pre-natally, but had to send back the medium and swap for a large, so maybe bear this in mind when ordering, as you have to pay for return postage yourself.
  • Ele on Saturday, December 07, 2013
Good fit, v comfy and flattering. Bought a medium, I am a size 14.
  • Sam on Thursday, December 05, 2013
Bought at 30 weeks to get me through to the end (wearing normal swimsuit until then). Nice design. Pants are pretty big and top seems tight in comparison. I'm usually quite small with sporty figure so it looks very different to what I normally wear but it covers everything, is comfy to swim in, and looks better than some of the other tankinis I've seen.

Lovely item & great fit.... Perfect for swimming!
  • Fiona on Wednesday, November 13, 2013
This tankini is fabulous, you don't feel too much if a whale in it! I bought a medium and I'm a size 12, 25 weeks. It fits nicely, but there is room for my belly to grow. The top does ride up a little, but not enough to annoy. I have been folding the belly cover down for the bottoms and that seems to stop the top from riding up so much. I do between 600-800metres most days, and the straps don't get in the way of your arms, and there is plenty of support for your chest (I've grown to a 32H from 30F). The elastic in the bra part is stretchy so it's easy to go over your head, but snug enough to fit securely underneath. I bought a medium and it fits perfectly - also tried the large, but it was definitely too big.
  • Helen on Tuesday, November 05, 2013
Lovely tankini, feels supportive and really nice thick fabric. I am a curvy size 10 so a medium felt right for me. Unfortunately it just didn't sit right under the arms - the shelf lining is part-stitched to the swimsuit, and it pulled and creased in an odd way. Swapped for a different JoJo design.
  • Veronica Middleyard on Friday, October 25, 2013
Bottoms fit well but find that the top rises up sometimes when holding my 20month old wriggler! I picked the small as I'm around size 10 when pregnant.
  • Jo Kimber on Wednesday, October 23, 2013
This is the most comfortable tankini I have ever worn. Good coverage on top soon so you don't feel like your hanging out! :-) highly recommend this tankini.
  • Jennifer Hudson on Thursday, October 10, 2013
The material is good quality and feels thick, unlike other swimwear I have purchased in the past. The adjustable straps are a good idea, though I would say the product is a little on the small side - I bought a large and could have done with an extra large if it had been an option, as I am quite large-chested but am a small size 16.
  • JB on Monday, October 07, 2013
I haven't worn this in the pool yet but it fits well in my usual size. I have quite a large bump already at just 14 weeks and this has room to grow without looking baggy and is comfortable.
  • Rebekah Sullivan on Saturday, September 28, 2013
Brilliant swimsuit, very comfortable to wear, with adjustable shoulder straps that help to make the most appropriate fit. I am usually a 10-12 in a swimsuit as I am slender but tall, this small fitted me well. The bust band felt a little tight initially but perfect once in the water. The swimsuit fits well now at 22 weeks pregnant but still has plenty of room for me to grow! The top and bottoms easily roll up and down to allow more of a bikini look if desired.
  • Claire Cocks on Friday, September 27, 2013
Overall I think this is a really lovely and flattering product. It's good quality and well made. The top has a decent amount of support (I'm a DD cup so this was fairly important for me) while still feeling like a regular costume. I'm currently 19 weeks into my second pregnancy so the top rides up a bit in the water but I'm reassured that there's still plenty of room to grow into it and I'm sure it won't do that for much longer. The pants look enormous but they fit comfortably around the bottom and, as above, I know I've got the room to move in the next 20 weeks. Plus, if you wear the pants over your bump and the top rides up a bit, no-one can see anything anyway (if that's a concern). Very pleased with my purchase.
  • Rachna on Friday, September 27, 2013
This is a very flattering tankini with lots of material to grow into and (unlike much maternity swimwear) also practical for swimming in at 22 weeks. I am a size 8-10 and the small works well, except the top is a bit of a squeeze for my 32B bust. I can see myself wearing this post-pregnancy too if the top continues to fit.
  • Ruth on Friday, September 06, 2013
When I received this I was horrified by the size of the bottoms, however the come up over the bump & are really comfy. I am usually a size 10-12 and bought a medium, but I would probably prefer a small. It's a really good quality product and I'd definitely recommend it.
  • Gemma on Wednesday, August 28, 2013
Good quality material and looks nice. The top does ride up a fair bit but the bottoms come up really high so not too much of a problem. 26 weeks pregnant and fits nicely with room to grow.
  • Sally on Wednesday, June 05, 2013
Lovely tankini, the most flattering I found for me... kept me supported and feeling good on my holiday despite my largeness!
  • Maria Vlahos on Tuesday, May 28, 2013
I'm very happy with the maternity swimsuit. The fit and quality is very good, and the ordering was easy. It was delivered promptly.
  • Gemma Murphy on Thursday, May 23, 2013
Very flattering tankini. I bought when 16 weeks pregnant and there is plenty of room for me to grow. The tummy panel is a bit baggy at moment and has drag when I swim but no-one can tell. there is busy support. The material is good quality thickness.
  • Zoe on Tuesday, May 07, 2013
I liked the briefs that went over my bump as they provided support and looked much neater than letting the bump show. The bikini is a good design. I ordered the small size. I am normally size 10 and briefs fitted well but the top was tight and I did struggle a bit to get it on but that is the trouble with tankinis- you can't order different size tops and bottoms. However, having said that tankinis are much more practical and all in all this was a good buy and helped me look ok on my holiday.
  • Lisa Clifton on Friday, May 03, 2013
Really nice tankini, bottoms fitted perfectly but top was very small for size. Would be better if you can buy them individually to be able to mix sizes.
  • Mel Knight on Tuesday, April 30, 2013
Fits really well and is flattering but does not feel restrictive which is a bonus when swimming with a toddler!
  • Elizabeth Edmondson on Tuesday, April 30, 2013
Nice fit and very cute. I was a bit shocked at the size of the bottoms when I first got them but it fits under the top very well and is very comfy.
  • Carly James on Friday, April 26, 2013
The tankini is far too small and does not offer enough support and the bottoms were huge. Would be good if you were a B or C cup.
  • Caroline on Wednesday, April 24, 2013
After having a failed attempt buying a maternity suit online somewhere else and not even being able to get it half on my body, this tankini set is perfect. I was 32 weeks when I got it and I did not feel like I was squashed in it at such a late stage in my pregnancy and I think it will take me all the way through to the end (if I still have the energy to swim!). I like that the straps are adjustable and the pants have the waistband which folds up and down as I don't feel like being too exposed at my local swimming pool. I was a size 10 before I was pregnant and the size small was really comfortable. The style and black and white stripe is also really flattering. I would definitely recommend!
  • DJ on Tuesday, April 23, 2013
i'm normally a size 10 but ordered the medium and I'm glad I did. I'm 6 months and it fits fine with some growing room so happy out. Delivery was very prompt
  • Maria Paz on Tuesday, April 23, 2013
It fits really well, but I have not try it yet in the swimming pool.
  • lisa on Monday, April 22, 2013
love the bottoms as they can be pulled up over my bump, top is ok but tends to ride up when in the water
  • Kerry Firth on Saturday, April 20, 2013
Lovely tankini - bottoms over lots of coverage and support over bump and top quite supportive and flattering, with adjustable straps. Comfortable too. Would recommend!
  • Amy on Tuesday, April 09, 2013
Good fit tankini, over the bump pants, and nice and comfy. Love the design. Top has bust support. Ordered in my pre-pregnancy size and it fit perfect.
  • Gemma on Friday, March 22, 2013
Great tanking, fits really well. Pants are plenty big enough! Can be worn half folded if need be.
  • Rachel on Wednesday, March 20, 2013
Gorgeous and fits perfectly. Hight waisted briefs mean if the top does roll up your not all hanging out - but the top riding up hasn't been a problem at all. I purchased this for swimming lessons with my son, and find I can move around the pool comfortably. All in all a great buy
