This has been a big hit with my 2½ year old. She had a dress-up doll made of the same foam material before and didn't really play with it. This has been deemed 'great fun' and she fished constantly from the start to the end of the bath and she wanted to get back in the bath this morning to continue playing with it. There are lots of fish and fishing rods, so you can keep some back for when the first lot get a bit manky. The fish tend to stick better when they've been in the water a while (she was happy sticking them on by hand before that). Maybe more fun for younger children?

Not recommended :o( falls short of Jojo's normally very high standards. Quality is very poor and even when 'fish' and pads are totally wet as per instructions, they do not stick. Sadly a big waste of money

Just purchased this at Exeter this am and tried it out. Disappointed. The instructions say "retrieve slowly". It didn't matter how slowly they did not come up on the fishing rod. Maybe I need to let them accustom to the water a bit more or the bubbles in the bath prevented better suction (didn't say this in the instructions and the illustrations shows bubbles in the bath). I wouldn't recommend, for £10 nice to play with on tiles but there is better out there for that play element. Unfortunately not worth returning as the nearest store is further in mileage and cost of petrol than the toy itself.
