Have been using these overnight and was pleasantly surprised to find they actually work as described. Although my baby is now 7 months and leakage is less of an issue so I probably won't replace again. I use the wash and they are good for a few weeks and just about usable for 2-3 months so a bit pricy but especially whe I started using at about 1-2 months were definitely worth it.

Very effective at preventing leaks. I use them overnight and the last pair lasted about 2 months - less effective towards the end of this time.

My health visitor recommended these to me and I'm so glad I bought them. I can now sleep at night without soaking the bed in milk! They do sometimes leak a bit when feeding but it is so much better than when I was using tradition breast pads.

I used these after my first pregnancy and they were a godsend! They look very smooth from the outside and you can even wear them with a swimming costume. I didn't really have much leaking, so can't comment on how much they hold, but they I did find that my nipples were more pronounced when breast feeding, and the lily padz hid these well.

I used these with my first two babies and they were great, hopefully they'll be just as good with my third!

Bought these to prevent antenatal leaking. Found they couldn't contain this and also made me sore so didn't even try them once i'd had the baby. I also got condensation buiding up under them as they're not breathable. Wouldn't recommend.

Bought these as found disposable breast pads irritated my skin. Only worn for one day do far but they are brilliant. Really easy to use and actually work. Highly recommend!

I bought Lily padz when breastfeeding my first child & found them great. They did lose their tackiness after a period but I continued using them without a problem. I have bought another pair as am planning on breastfeeding again

I love these! Tired of bulky lines and damp bits! I reccomend LilyPadz. These are the tampons of breast pads! Once you try them you can never go back! I use them more in the day than night but like the dress freedom I have with them. Worth the buy even just for a confidence booster of wearing regular t-shirts. I did invest in the LilyWash to clean them also.

I love these! So much nicer than changing soggy pads I mainly use them overnight so that I don't have to wear a bra and pads. They work well 99 of the time yes you can have the occasional spillover but they are so much more convenient than the other options available. I would recommend them!

Great product. They work so well and are much more comfy than the disposable kind.

Why didn't I get these sooner? They're brilliant, stop leakages and mask the nipple -great for swimming & don't need to be worn with a bra. I was worried these caused my blocked ducts though, so use regular pads at night.

I'd been contemplating buying the Lilypadz for several weeks and the other day decided to 'treat' myself! I have to say that I am decidedly underwhelmed and wish I had taken heed to the other ladies reviewed and not bothered with them.

I've been feeding for 13 weeks now so my milk is established and the excess milk isn't excessive, but these pads just don't work, they leak. I'm still having to use breast pads along with these; so what's the point?!

I also thought that they would last a long time, making them cost effective, but the instructions say with careful cleaning they can last up to 2 months. Once you've bought the Lilypadz & cleaner at 20, you may as well have just gone out and bought 4 packs of disposal breast pads for the same money - they're more effective and will last the same amount of time!

Not for me. I loved the concept of these breast pads, but they didn't really work for me. I don't know if I am producing an extraordinary amount of milk, but as one of the other reviews states the milk pools inside the pad. This either leaked out of the bottom once overly full or needed emptying regularly, which is a messy business and usually means I end up with a wet top anyway, which defeats the purpose. After about a week or so's use the stickiness is so greatly reduced that they are no longer of any use at night if I'm not wearing a bra.
I think that they would be wonderful if you aren't producing too much milk.

I like the idea of these but the reality isn't quite as good: don't expect them to work perfectly without some time to adjust. For me the milk still pools inside the lilypad and gushes out when I break the seal. Also, because you have to put them back on carefully, they aren't great for a baby who has short breaks when feeding. I can see that with practice they would be good to allow swimming, or wearing a dress with no bra etc, but sadly not a complete replacement for conventional breast pads.

These are great - I just wish I'd discovered them sooner! No more soggy paper pads and I love not having to wear a bra in bed. I wear them every day and night. The only annoyance is when the sticky begins to fade, but they last a good 6-8 weeks. One of the best post pregnancy purchases you can make.

These Lilypadz are the best invention ever. No fuss, no mess and really, really comfortable. They really are well worth the money and i am using them, in my bra during the day too. I can go to bed at night without all the uncomfy feeling of wearing a bra. Great recommendation from the girl in the Harpenden store. Best money spent yet!!!

These are great until the stickiness wears off (3 weeks constant use). They don't leak but leaked milk pools inside so when you take them off to feed it goes everywhere. OK when you're at home but difficult to manage discretely when out and about.

I got some of these this week to wear to a party. I could wear my dress without having to worry about a breast pad appearing! I don't even have to wear a bra to bed now - so comfy! Well worth the money.

these pads are really great as I do not need to wear a bra in bed anymore you can wear these pads under tight tops and you wont notice these showing unlike the other pads they show big round circles they are so easy to wear, wash with the solution to keep these sticky and clean. I love that they feel nice not scratchy like diposable ones they are defintely worth the money

These are FAB. I don't use them everyday - but when I am going out swimming set they are excellent. The pad is virtually undetectable under clothing which makes it great under T-shirts etc. I do recommend using the LilyWash (cleaner) that I purchased separately to clean them and keep the lining sticky. They are worth the investment even if you don't use them everyday or even if you do!
