This is a nice bear, but the sounds only play for 5 minutes which is not long enough for my baby! Also, the movement/sound sensor is not very sensitive - she has to be really screaming to set it off which kind of defeats the point for me! A great idea, but doesn't quite work for me.

I think I should have bought this when the baby was much younger. Bought when baby was 17 weeks, and the tummy sounds dont help much. Having said that, the music button is very helpful to distract him, and to get him to stop wriggling and listen. Maybe its too new for him at this stage to learn to be soothened by it, and therefore playing it to him even when he is asleep - hopefully he will get used to it

I feel the slumber bear is an excellent purchase. So soothing for a baby and soft to the touch. The music can be pleasant to an adult's ear as well which is good.

I purchased this in desperation at our daughters colic. This was very soothing, I believe only ideal to introduce in the first weeks/months of baby's life due to the memory of the womb sound.
Disappointed at the battery connections which have recently stopped the device working even though there is full battery power.
Will definately be using for our third child due soon.
