Ordered these jeans, However when they arrived they were not suitable, not a great fit and the "jeans" we're more like waterproof trousers, and not a skinny fit, these trousers were sent back!

These came up very big and I had to get smallest size and I'm far from having skinny legs! they are not really jean fabric, however it is a lovely fabric and if you like your trousers on the loose side on the legs then they are ideal. Comfy but not a great fit...

Soft fabric and good fit (if a little long) but overall very pleased
  • review score 4 Sophie on 15 June 2016
These jeans are really good quality and lovely soft material. The band across the bump is very comfortable. I wouldn't call the style particularly skinny as they are wider around the bottom of the leg than I am used to, but nevertheless still fitted. I worn them for a couple of days and they have gone a bit lose around the crotch and need pulling up! I do however have a bit of growing room for bump so I'm hoping that will be remedied. As the sizes of different jeans with JoJo seem to vary, I don't feel confident ordering more online. I think it would be better for me to go into a store (although obviously not as convenient!).

These were not skinny on me. Yes on the thighs but not through the lower leg, I'm a size 12-14 so don't have skinny calves. Also they weren't 'Jeans' they were more like royal blue chinos. Not my cup of tea, were quite middle aged.

I would not describe these as skinny jeans. They are more like chinos. They are very comfortable.

I bought these in black at the beginning of March and was delighted with them, they felt lovely, fit perfectly with plenty of room to move and for my expanding belly and they looked great. However this morning they ripped at the crotch under the slightest pressure as I sat down. I have followed all washing instructions and haven't put them under excessive wear and tear, I would expect them to last longer than 6 weeks! I was hoping to pick up another pair on my trip to Exeter today. I won't bother now. Not impressed.

Liked these a lot - comfy, looked good and stayed up a lot better than many of my other maternity jeans/trousers.
  • review score 3 Jeanette on 18 March 2016
I thought these jeans were true to size and very comfy, but they're not denim. They have a velvety look and feel to the fabric.
  • review score 5 Naomi on 15 March 2016
Great fit and style - not very skinny as other reviews suggest and a little long for those who are shorter like me (5'3") but a great wardrobe staple. Can be dressed up or down and loved the more chino style material. Another great purchase!
  • review score 5 Liz B on 01 February 2016
Lovely and soft, almost like moleskin. These are not a skinny cut as most people would know it though and are more like a straight leg. Still, very comfy and that's my main driver!
  • review score 3 MrsComyn on 07 January 2016
These are nice trousers. but they are trousers, not jeans. They are straight cut, not slim. Good wide band to fit over ever growing bump. I bought true to size - size 12 and possibly they do stretch with wear so do need to be washed regularly. They have a feel of a thick chino (kind of velety?!) but are nice smart black trousers.
  • review score 5 Emily on 06 January 2016
These are very comfortable although I wouldn't call them skinny jeans as the fit is quite loose throughout the leg. However saying this, in the next few months of my pregnancy I'm sure they will come in to their own. Lovely soft fabric and a good buy
  • review score 3 Katie on 20 November 2015
Really comfy, soft material, but they do slip down over my bump (I'm 34 weeks). I can't seem to find a pair that don't!
  • review score 5 Lindsay Teale on 22 October 2015
Gorgeous thick material but they are not skinny jeans, more like bootcut or at the very least straight leg. Very baggy around the ankles. So was very disappointed.
  • review score 2 Katherine on 15 October 2015
Being a petite size and following the comment that the jeans come up big I bought the size 6 (usually would wear a size 10 petite).
First wear they fitted but we're far from skinny jeans they then got progressively bigger with every wear.
Meaterial is nice but the advertised cut and sizing is all wrong, unfortunately only found this out through wearing them so can't return.
  • review score 5 Hannah on 13 October 2015
My jeans were too big around the waist, bigger than any of my other maternity size 10 jeans and they were not skinny jeans. The looked like regular boot leg.I have sent them back now but haven't heard back from Jo jo s as yet.
  • review score 2 Antonia Edyvean on 08 October 2015
Rather disappointed with these. Not jeans, not jeggings, not really anything. The fabric is soft but the legs are wider than I would have liked and it cuts me off badly on the hip. I also bought a pair of the maternity bootleg jeans which are great and fit perfectly so not sure what the issue with these are. I will be returning them as although they are sort of comfortable I just don't think I'll wear them.

Have struggled to find a pair of jeans that fit properly and unfortunately these are no better than others I've tried. They don't fit around the waist and so are constantly slipping down.

    comfortable and relatively elegant!
  • review score 5 ChrissieP on 19 August 2015
Fab trousers - really soft and comfy and seem to be washing well. Have come back and bought a navy pair after the black
  • review score 3 Katie on 11 July 2015
Nice jeans but the fit wasn't right for me.
  • review score 5 Kim on 16 June 2015
    Love these leggings!!
They do come up quite big so may be worth getting a size smaller than you normally wear.
  • review score 1 Gemma kennedy on 14 May 2015
Really unhappy with this purchase - after 2 attempts to wear them they are now heading to the charity shop (i removed tags as they seemed comfortable after first 5 minutes of wearing, so unable to return). The material is not stretchy, and bunches up around legs. They continually slip down due to the material type and low waistline. Finally, these shouldn't be described as jeggings - they are not like jeans or leggings - not at all what I was expecting! Would not recommended
  • review score 1 B on 07 May 2015
Didn't work for me at all. I found the material really uncomfortable, quite stiff and not 'soft' at all. And the fit around the crotch/waist was weird - really short crotch, so the 'waist' sat quite low, so with anything other than very long tops you'd be able to see the bump band bit. And they bagged/ bunched unattractively around the knee. Had to go back (with me paying the postage for the privilege, of course).
  • review score 4 Emily S on 05 May 2015
Really nice trousers. Generous sizing - I would normally be a size 12 but the size 10 are fitting me well at the moment (14 weeks preg) and 12 are v baggy still. I bought a few pairs - one pair is not as well fitting as the others so possibly a bit hit and miss on that, which was disappointing but for the pairs that do fit, they are great.
  • review score 1 Kathryn on 16 April 2015
I have been really disappointed with these jeggings. When I first got them, I loved the feel of the material and they seemed to fit well, being not too tight and not too baggy. However, from the first time I wore them, I realised that they are not a good fit at all. They keep falling down on me- I think someone else mentioned that the waist band is in a strange position and so they tend to ride down, exposing the stretchy bump band, which really isn't a flattering look. I am so disappointed as I thought I had finally found a nice pair of navy jeggings that I could wear to work but I don't think I'm going to wear these trousers again and am frustrated that these cost much more than other pairs of maternity trousers that I own and which fit much better.

Under no circumstances are these baggy jeans jeggins.
  • review score 5 H on 26 March 2015
Love these they're exactly what I was looking for, not too tight, great colour and will be perfect for spring/summer. Material is lovely and soft, fit is great.
  • review score 3 Amy on 05 February 2015
Good material. I bought S but still a little on the loose side. Plenty room for the next few months.
  • review score 5 Elly Thomas on 05 January 2015
These are soooo comfortable and have kept their shape well after washing. I like that they're a bit tighter than maternity jeans so there's not loads of excess material hanging around the top of the legs. I have quite large thighs so went for an 18 rather than my normal 16 and they fit perfectly.
  • review score 4 Gemma on 29 December 2014
Love these leggings, so comfortable and they can be dressed up or down. I would recommend them.
  • review score 5 Emma Baker on 19 November 2014
I was a little disappointed with these jeggings having tried both my usual dress size (12) and then a larger pair (14). Both pairs fitted great apart from the seam that sits just underneath my bump, fine when standing up but very tight/unforgiving when sitting down (which let's face it, is beginning to happen more often than not at 34Weeks pregnant). It could well be due to the position of bump (as I've been told by everyone that sees me that I'm "all bump"), but I couldn't justify trying an even larger size when already feeling a tad self-conscious at the moment! Lovely versatile jeans though, just not great for my shape.
  • review score 5 miri on 02 September 2014
I have bought 3 pairs, 2 for work and 1 for going out. They are very good quality, stretchy maternity trousers. I am very happy with them and would recommend them to every pregnant women.
  • review score 5 Natalie Harris on 29 August 2014
Very comfortable especially with the wrap tops
  • review score 5 Matt on 24 July 2014
Bought with satisfaction, my wife feels very happy in these, they are comfortable, relaxing.
  • review score 5 Claire on 20 May 2014
Slim/skinny maternity trousers rather than jeans. Sized down as normal for jojo clothes and the size smaller fits but less generous than they normally are (probably related to the style).
  • review score 2 ASB on 14 May 2014
These jeggings are indeed made of supersoft material, but sadly they were not the 'skinny/jegging' fit I was looking for. They look great on the model in the photo but were sadly too baggy around the thighs and ankles for me. Had they been that much more fitting, I would have kept them.
