These jeggings are great. I bought them for work, so I was pleased to see that the material is more like chinos than jeans, and very soft and comfortable. They do come up a little big - I was being optimistic buying the size 6 but they fit (I normally wear an 8).

A brilliant bargain! These maternity jeggings are great, you don't have to be pregnant, if you have a big tummy, but slim legs, these are ideal, so comfortable!

Having read the other reviews I was really hopeful that I may have finally found a pair of trousers to fit well in the latter pregnancy weeks. Yes, they are a nice material and quality but these jeggings suffer from a major issue for more pregnant ladies, same problem as I have had with some JJMB bootcut jeans. The material of the jeggings cuts into the bump at the point where it joins with the stretchy jersey upper. This makes them fine for walking around in but most uncomfortable when sitting down. As I bought these at a reduced price I will most likely keep them anyway as I think they will be great for accommodating a post baby bump until I can get back in my normal clothes but if you are in the latter months of your 3rd trimester I would think twice if you wish to wear these when pregnant.

These are the best pants I have ever bought and I would highly recommend them to first time mums who are not sure what to buy. They are not SUPER tight around my legs which I love and they stay in place and dont ride down when bending, cooking, driving, shopping, picking things up and more! Definately my best purchase so far and would buy 5 more pairs! Super comfy and not too hot and can wear them in cooler weather! Thanks!

Loved these, very comfy , and had been struggling to find a smart trouser that's slim enough to go in boots! (And I'm anti leggings!) great purchase
  • review score 5 Lea on 13 June 2014
These trousers are great, I'm between sizes at the moment, so ordered both the 12 and 14. I decided to keep both :-) the 12 fits perfectly now and I think as my bump gets bigger (week 21) the 14 will be incredibly comfy!
Great buy! I wish they also came in a lighter, summery colour!

Lovely comfy trousers, will be smart enough for work. Although I'm normally a size 8-10 I'm trousers I chose size 6 as wore clothes from jojo maman during previous pregnancy and found their sizes generous. They are quite long but easy to take up.
  • review score 5 Aura Iacob on 09 June 2014
Lovely trousers, very confortable and soft
  • review score 3 Vicky Park on 07 June 2014
Ordered a size 10 which fitted (my pre-pregnancy size was 10-12), however these were a bit baggy around the crotch area for me!
  • review score 5 Danielle on 02 June 2014
Finally maternity trousers that are true to size (if anything a bit on the bigger side) that fit well and are really comfortable! So sick of only finding leggings or trousers that fall down all the time!! Chuffed to bits I bought them in every colour!!
  • review score 4 Caroline on 30 May 2014
These are lovely trousers. I ordered a size 8 (my pre pregnancy size) and they fit perfectly on the legs and bottom. The only problem I've had is that the elastic around the top of the bump band was very tight. I had to cut the elastic and add in a piece of material to extend it. This worked fine and was easy to do. I'm currently 26 weeks and have had these since 20 weeks.
  • review score 5 A young on 27 May 2014
I am a size 12 - 14 so purchased both sizes to try out. The 12 was a bit tight over my bump so opted for the 14 and they are the most comfy pair of maternity pants ever and they can be worn for smart of casual. Love these, I am tempted to continue wearing them after baby arrives. Buy them - at £14 they are a bargain and I have worn mine loads already.

Great pair of trousers more like chino material (but a bit thicker!) good fit and quality and have washed really well! Would reccomend!!
  • review score 4 Liz Vickers on 22 May 2014
these are really comfy, and actually stay up, unlike other maternity trousers I have. Definitely a bargain at the sale price, these will be a staple of my maternity wardrobe!
  • review score 5 Claire on 20 May 2014
Really nice work trousers. Slim fit rather than skinny and definately need to size down. Wish there were still some black ones available!
  • review score 5 Corinne on 15 May 2014
Fab trousers for work. Lovely slim leg. Perfect with a floaty top and ballet pumps! I bought in blue & black. Do need a gentle iron after washing. Fading slightly on washing, a bit like jeans do, so not ultra smart.
  • review score 3 Emma on 09 May 2014
Fits well over the bump, but VERY baggy on the legs. It's made of a thick cotton, almost jean like material. So if you're looking for slim fit, don't choose these!
  • review score 4 kh on 08 May 2014
These are nice. The sizes seem to come up a bit big - mine don't fit yet, but I expect they might do later.
  • review score 5 Lorna Taylor on 29 April 2014
Really comfy. Great for work and home, with long or short tops
  • review score 0 V Pickup on 22 April 2014
Love these trousers - so comfortable and smart too! Great for summer or winter as these are very light.

I really like these jeggings. It fits nicely. I bought two!
  • review score 0 e on 02 April 2014
Don't be put off by the Jeggings title! These are simply a great, super comfy pair of smart black trousers. The only thing they have in common with a pair of leggings is their comfort! I am about to order another pair in navy.

Received this jeggings yesterday. Absolutely love them! I've ordered them in size 6 (I'm size 8) and pleased that Jojo sizes a bit bigger than usual.
Thanks for all other reviews i've chosen the correct size. Hopefully my will be as well helpful as others.
    P. S. It was not my first purchase from Jojo, they are provide an amazing quality and service!
  • review score 0 Anna Haggarty on 12 March 2014
Love these! They must be my best buy yet! Look nice and smart and can be dressed up or dressed down depending on occasion. Would recommend.
  • review score 0 Toast n marmite on 28 December 2013
These really are super soft and comfy and I loved them once I found the right size (they really do come up big). Unfortunately they will be going back as they don't stay up.
  • review score 0 E Smith on 23 October 2013
These trousers are really useful and make a nice change from wearing leggings the whole time. I would advise buying the size you would usually buy when not pregnant. I bought aubergine and they were a bit brighter than I expected, but still nice and really good with ankle boots.
  • review score 0 MrsH on 07 October 2013
As stated previously these are not proper jeggings. Which is fab as I do not suit jeggings, rather straight legged trousers. I bought them on the basis of the other reviews. I'm a size 10 pre pregnancy and I would say these are a very generous 10. I'm 16weeks so I expect as my bump expands there is plenty of growing room. They were a little long but look well rolled up with pumps or boots. So comfy, good fabric.
  • review score 0 KAREN on 26 September 2013
Fairly comfy but kept falling down around the crotch and waist.
  • review score 0 Nicky Novis on 13 September 2013
Great leggings- really comfy and good fit...so much so I have ordered them in the Auvergne colour. Can see these lasting all through pregnancy and beyond.
  • review score 0 Jennifer on 11 September 2013
I returned these as I didn't like the fit. They're a much looser fit than I consider jeggings to be, like someone else I found them loose from the knee down and quite unflattering.
  • review score 0 Issy on 05 September 2013
Lovely pair of jeggings - just like my pre pregnancy ones but with a lot more room for bump to grow - can see this being a must have piece of maternity clothing!
  • review score 0 Jo on 28 June 2013
I really love these jeggings. I bought for my last trimester and have been living in it since. My baby is now 3 months old and just so comfortable that be definitely wearing it for a long time.
  • review score 0 Colette on 12 June 2013
I was really disappointed with these jeggings - it must be said they are considerably more "narrow trouser" than a legging or skinny jean. The colour and fabric is appealing and they would be nice as a summer trouser, possibly worn with a turn up.
Sadly they were too short and too tight for me so had to be returned :(
  • review score 0 Emma on 23 May 2013
Great jeans - not too tight in the lower leg for those looking for a slim leg without them looking sprayed on!
  • review score 0 Clare H on 12 May 2013
Great trousers, great waist band, can be dressed up or down, though a little long for someone who is 5'2 so need to be turned up for me. Overall a good find.
  • review score 0 Christine on 03 February 2013
Following the side guide I'm an 8 and that's exactly what I bought when I tried these on in store. I'm 5'6 and the length is fine with a little gathering at the ankle but I'd prefer this than them being too short. They aren't super tight down the legs and I prefer them like this with a little give to move. I'm 19 weeks and agree with others that where the elastic band sits on the bump is not the most comfy so I fold it down to sit under the bump. Only time will tell how far through pregnancy I'll be able to wear them with the band the way it is. There is a bit of gathering where the trousers meet the stretchy band below my bump so I think having some elastic here would help rather than higher up. Overall I'm pleased with them, they look good under longer tops/tunics such as JoJo's gathered maternity tops and I plan to wear them with boots. Despite not being perfect the fit is the best in the alternatives I've tried. I have them in black so suitable for work, casual or going-out and might also get the navy for weekends.
  • review score 0 pixie on 25 January 2013
bought these is in black and navy, pleased with everything except the elastic came away from the twill on the navy ones so I sent it back and thankfully JoJo sent me another pair but sadly its happened to the second pair....
  • review score 0 Ciara on 01 January 2013
these aren't the most flattering trousers but fit me better than many other maternity trousers. I don't think they will fit me until the end though.
  • review score 0 Annie on 09 December 2012
These jeggings are an odd shape. They fit really well down to the knee and then go straight to the ankle- they dont follow the shape of the calf at all- more like straight trousers than jeggings. I bought a large as I am normally a size 14 and I'm 5'8. I knew the length would be a little short but I bought them with the idea of wearing with boots so that wouldn't matter but the 'baggy legs' will mean I will be returning them. Shame.

I did not like these at all and sent them back. Weird shape and way too big.
  • review score 0 Jessica on 30 November 2012
These look fab and the fabric is lovely and soft. They're more like skinny jeans than jeggings, but that's just what I wanted. Great with pumps or boots. I have found the band a bit tight across the middle of my bump, maybe because it's a bit short or maybe just because I'm 35 wks (delivery of these jeans was delayed by a couple of months). I'm going to try wearing the band under my bump next time and see if that helps.
  • review score 0 Vicky Grant on 29 November 2012
Funny how they're either too long or too short for everyone! They're too short for me so where them in boots...but that's fine! Also they are quite stetchy so do need pulling up. but so far the most comfy pair of maternity trousers bought and the black looks smart tucked into boots, dressed up or down depending on what top you wear it with. Very handy!
  • review score 0 Rachael on 02 November 2012
I bought both the navy and black version of these trousers. I am very small in bump size compared to others and finding any trousers that fit has been impossible. These are the only ones that didn't fall down constantly, fit nicely and are really comfy! These are great if you have a smaller bump and struggling to find anything which fits! Other revews have said they grow with you as well.
  • review score 0 landa on 01 November 2012
I love the fabric and fit of these trousers - really stretchy and flattering. I'm wearing them to work loads. However I have to disagree with other reviewers who say they don't need pulling up - I have to pull these up all the time! The elastic waistband is "over or under the bump" which means it goes smack across your belly button - very strange and not very comfortable on 18 wks bump. They should have made the band 4 inches longer, like Seraphine trousers, then it would stay up. I'm still glad I have these, but won't buy any more. If they had a better band I'd buy 3 pairs!

Great jeggings! However, delivery takes a long time!
  • review score 0 Marion on 08 October 2012
These are a fabulous fit and very flattering. The over-bump band is very comfortable and the trousers don't need constant hoisting up. The only downside is the nature of the fabric (and the colour) mean that these trousers seem to attract lint. However as long as you have a lint roller handy and don't wear them with fluffy tops this shouldn't be an insurmountable issue

These are really comfy and flattering - nice worn with long boots for autumn. Ended up buying both the blue and black versions.
  • review score 0 Corinna on 13 September 2012
These were too long for me and gathered around the ankles - I'm 5'4 and usually have a normal length in trousers. Also wish there was free returns policy as it cost me a lot to return all these clothes.
  • review score 0 Mrs Khan on 12 September 2012
Lovely fit, very comfy. Am 5 months gone and these are perfect for work and non-work and unlike my non-JoJo maternity jeans, they actually stay up without me having to pull at them.

Amazing! After having my little one via C section, these were so comfortable. 10/10
  • review score 0 Penny McElhinney on 05 September 2012
Quite long (but I'm quite short) but a flattering fit. Would be good if these could be offered in a choice of leg lengths but overall I'm pleased with my purchase
  • review score 0 Joanna on 31 August 2012
These are by far the best maternity jeans/leggins/trousers I have bought. I'm pregnant for the second time in a year (currently 7 months pregnant) and a size 14 - so not small - larger ladies don't be put off by the title "jeggings" - they are just snug-ish fitting, stretchy jeans - as I am conscious about the size of my legs I ordered them a size up (a 16) so they'd be a bit looser fitting - I live in them -they are comfy, don't fall down like a lot of maternity trousers, great quality, look smart, wash well - what more can I say.
  • review score 0 Mrs Bins on 22 August 2012
These arrived in blue today and I love them. I'm petite = short and they're too long but the material is of such good quality they just fold under and stay. Ordering them in black as I know they will be my wardrobe staple!
  • review score 0 Heather on 26 July 2012
I bought these early on in my pregnancy and they fitted right the way through. I had my baby a month ago and am still wearing them because they are more comfy on a post-baby tummy than anything else. I have had so much wear out of them, both dressed up for work and dressed down at the weekend, excellent value for money!
  • review score 0 Ali on 09 July 2012
Fabulously snug and comfortable fit. No size issues with my usual size and am also petite. Feel like smart skinny jeans when on and much trendier alternative to maternity jeans. Shame they're not available in other colours.
  • review score 0 Alison Sheppard on 28 May 2012
Very comfy trouser/jegging. Stretchy material does slip a little, so have to be hitched up sometimes! Would definitely recommend as an alternative to jeans.
  • review score 0 Louise on 22 January 2012
I found the band kept slipping down throughout my pregnancy and I kept having to pull it up. This resulted in the seems at the side of the band splitting, perhaps I should have gone for a smaller size but the rest of the fit. Was so good
  • review score 0 Lexi on 09 November 2011
While these are very comfortable, they are more like slim fit jeans than jeggings. The sizing comes up big too - I would suggest you go down a size if you want them nice and snug. I am 5'8" and find them a little short.
  • review score 0 Sanja on 13 October 2011
Really nice leggings/skinny jeans, great fit but a bit too long. The material is thick and it is ideal for autumn and winter.
  • review score 0 Amber on 10 October 2011
Would agree with the previous review in that these are more of a fitted jean than a legging but they are extremely comfortable and I love the high bump band. However I found them to be quite long and I have to roll them up quite a bit to fit into my boots. A good buy though.
  • review score 0 L Tainsh on 16 August 2011
Amazing! Really good fit although I would say they are more of a skinny Jean than a legging as the material is thicker. Ideal for autumn winter and really comfy
