  Quick and easy to assemble! My little girl loves using it to reach the basin to wash her hands etc. Hoped she could also use it to access the loo however top step same height as our toilet seat so won't work. Thought the storage bit would be deeper but it stores her bath toys and some toiletries ok. After reading the other reveiws have been really careful not to get it too wet etc. Is still in great condition but only had it a couple of months. Looks great in our bathroom!

  Despite the negative reviews I am really pleased with the step stool, it looks really nice in my bathroom and adds a little bit more sophistication than a plastic step stool. The storage compartment is really handy and as mentioned by the previous customer review, it's ideal for storing a couple of toilet rolls. It was a little bit difficult to put together but not completely impossible, so I wouldn't let that put you off if you were thinking of buying this product.

  Disappointed in product especially given relatively steep price. Six months light use and it has begun to discolour and the surface of the stool has bubbled despite only being cleansed with soapy water (after bathtime !). Jo Jo have said there is nothing they can do. Should have gone to Ikea......

  We managed to assemble it OK -- it took us 15 minutes from start to finish. There are lots of different parts, so it does take a while to put together, but we expected that so that's OK. Ours was damaged on arrival, too -- looks like someone else had put it together (wrong -- hence damage) and sent it back -- WHY do shops put returned stuff back into stock? -- but life is too short in this house to worry about such things. Size of storage compartment -- fits two loo rolls (something I would have liked to know before hand) and overall it looks OK and is more attractive than lots of other steps we have seen (I hate those plastic ones). Like a previous reviewer, it leaves some white marks on our dark tiled bathroom floor, but nothing I can get excited about. For us it isn't a perfect product but works quite well as it solves the requirement for more than one height -- and is high enough -- for our son to get to toilet and sink. He also loves the storage compartment. I won't buy a second one for our second bathroom, though.

  We should have believed the previous review, it is not worth any penny. It is not possible to assemble and parts break very easily.

  Product was damaged at one corner on arrival (once assembled it was under the lid so decided not to return, also did not assemble until several weeks after purchase). Assembling instructions were very poor and included hand-written amendments. It did not assemble well, it took a lot of manipulation to get it all to fit together. Not as good as Ikea product instructions and ease of assembly! Product was smaller than I had imagined it, even though dimensions are provided. Also, the paint rubs off on the bathroom floor tiles so I need to clean the floor each week! Not very satisfied in all.
