Free JoJo Returns Offer (UK only)The free returns offer is available to UK customers only and applies to all orders between 23th January until 28th February 2019.
During the offer period, we will enclose a Free Returns label with your order, along with an instruction letter explaining how to return or exchange an item. It is vital that you return the parcel in the correct manner. All items must be returned in saleable condition within 28 days of receipt, with swing tickets still attached and preferably in the original packaging.
Don’t forget the quickest way to return or exchange an item is to visit one of our stores. NB: Large products such as furniture and storage units may not be returned to store.
