Hi, I’m Jo-Ann Alari, 31, Project Manager based in Scotland and first time mum to a baby girl. I wasn’t sure if me or my baby would take to breastfeeding but I’m pleased to say that it’s been a success so far. These are a few things that have helped us make nursing not only enjoyable, but also hassle free.

BBHUGME PREGNACY PILLOW (DUSTY PINK)
The Bbhugme pillow has been a lifesaver for the night feeds when comfort is key. I still love sleeping with mine as I’ve had issues with my hips and the pillow really helps. It’s a bonus that the pillow can be used for my baby to rest on while she feeds. It’s nice and lightweight which is perfect as it goes from room to room.
6-PACK PINK RAINBOW MUSLINS
Muslin cloths, and plenty of them! I have no idea how many we get through in a day but it’s a lot! My advice would be stock up, they are an essential! Treat yourself to this handy 6-pack, they will come in handy for mopping up spills, protecting your clothes when feeding, burping your baby and wiping delicate skin.
BRAVADO BALLET MATERNITY & NURSING BRA
A comfortable nursing bra. My favourites are the Bravado ballet bra & the JoJo sleep bras, both of which I wore during my pregnancy and have seen me through to post-baby nursing.
BLACK MATERNITY DUNGAREES
My JoJo Maman Bébé dungarees. These were my go-to throughout my entire pregnancy as they fi tted me as my bump grew and they've also been a lifesaver now my baby is here and I don't have as much time to think about what to wear. Perfect for nursing and super comfortable.
