Store re-opening: everything you need to know

On Monday 12th April, we are finally able to open our doors to you again, and we couldn’t be more excited. Although we are hoping this is the beginning of some kind of normality, we still need to take a number of precautions to keep our customers and teams safe and reassured. That’s why you’ll find some changes in your local store for the time being, in accordance to government guidelines. We’re sure you’ll have lots of questions ahead of your next visit, so we’ve collected up our frequently asked questions to answer, so you know what to expect. We hope to see you soon – we’ve missed you!

What safety procedures will you have in place?

It’s our priority to keep everyone safe in stores, which is why we will be limiting numbers at any one time – so you might be asked to wait outside for a short time. While inside, we’ll ask you to observe social distancing, keeping 2m apart from others and following the one-way system. Customers will also be required to wear face masks and sanitise their hands upon entering the store. Our teams have also been fully trained on the new health & safety procedures and will  regularly sanitise touchpoints throughout the store to help keep you safe.

Will your opening hours be operating as usual?

We have reduced our opening hours across our stores to help reduce social contact and to give our teams time to ensure stores are clean and sanitised. Please use the store finder to check your local’s store’s opening hours.

Will I be able to try anything on?

Unfortunately, our changing rooms will be closed and we will ask you to try your items on at home – as always, you will be able to return any items to us in accordance with our refund policy.

Will your toilets be open?

Unfortunately, our toilets will be closed to the public, except for emergencies.

Can I still feed my baby in JoJo stores?

Yes – you are still welcome to breast or bottle feed your baby – you’ll find the feeding area in our changing rooms.

Will you still be offering your maternity VIP and personal shopping service?

Although we won’t be offering these services in store at the moment, you can still enjoy them online, via our virtual booking system. One of our specially trained team members will talk you through our collections, offering you essential advice and handy product demonstrations.

Will you still be holding store events?

We’ve turned our store events digital, allowing you to access them wherever you are. Keep up to date with everything we have going on by checking our Digital Calendar
