Arrived well packaged and fairly quickly. Although me and my daughter couldn't wait to get it. This is Sophie number 2, as the original was lost in London. My daughter loves it and she just lights up when she sees Sophie. This one has darker spots to the one we had before, but the quality is good and my daughter loves it just as much.

Arrived bit squashed but sophie was ok. My 8 months old really liked it. Why did i waste my money on other theethers? I should have bought this bit earlier. Great quality would definately recommend this. She loves sophie books too.

Overall I am very happy with my purchase and so is my baby girl. ordering was quick and easy and delivery was in the expected time frame. Although the packaging was wrapped well it was still a little squashed and damaged, which I expect was caused by the deliery service. If this had been a gift for someone I would have had to make an exchange.

I am extremely disappointed at how this arrived. The bottom of the box was open when it arrived (actually appeared ripped open), the box was also partly crushed. The leaflet was outside of the box. I logged a complaint and was issued with a refund. I am disappointed that JoJo has even allowed for this to be sent out to me in such a poor state - especially when it is a teething toy - hygiene would have most definitely have been compromised. I still love the Sophie collection but I went to another company to purchase her and she arrived in perfect condition. Won't be shopping with JoJo again.

My grandaughter loves Sophie and it is very successfully in assisting with teething. The delivery however wasn't good. First order didn't arrive and when the 2nd parcel arrived, albeit quickly after advising Jojos of the non receipt, the packaging wasn't good. The box was very battered and I wouldn't have been able to give it as a gift .

This seems to be the yummy mummy must have. Very expensive for a tether but it is easy for babies to grip and chomp on. Looks and sounds like a lord field dogs toy but ever popular!

I bought this for my little boy as it was so highly rated by other reviewers and I have to say that I haven't been disappointed. It was the first toy that my little one was able to grip and he loves to chew on its head and legs. He is now 5 months old and still absolutely loves his Sophie. We take her everywhere and I have recently started to buy them as gifts for other new borns as they make fab gifts and are packaged really nicely also.

This is a lovely little teether which I planned to add to a bag of goodies I have to give to my pregnant daughter at her baby shower. However, although the item seemed well packaged, the box was badly dented and had 2 large tears in it. It was in no fit state to give as a gift.the teether itself was intact. Disappointed!

My 5 months old wiz badly teething. Having tried most of these ether in the market I remebered Zsophie la Giraffe and ordered it from jojo as the delivery here is free. My baby likes to chew on this toy. We have now bought a clip to keep it safe from falls. It comes everywhere with us. As it is a great distraction due to squeaking sound. I am not sure fellow passengers in a tube are happy. But I think some squeak is better than a screaming baby. We wash it daily with washing up liquid, paying attention not to get water inside. My baby likes particularly the feet and the ears, as it is eSy for her tiny hands to grab and bite on to her content. Why did I bother buying so many other teethers?

My 4 month old baby was struggling to pick up and chew other teething rings, finding them too heavy and cumbersome. When Sophie arrived, I handed her over and he immediately began to chew on her ear, feet, face, that was a week ago, we haven't been able to go anywhere without her coming too.

I was bought a Sophie Giraffe when my daughter was born - was told it was a must toy - had no idea! Well, little did I know how much I'd come to rely in Sophie in the coming months! Little one loved her from about two or three months on and now they are quite simply inseparable! Even considering buying a stunt double - just in case!!

The idea is brilliant and my baby likes to chew it because of the clever shape of it's body. I am also putting some teething gel on Sophie's legs and it works even better. However, some paint have started to come off in just one week of usage and the price could be much lower.

I ordered Sophie LA Giraffe from Jo Jo maman bebe instead of other online retailers because I trusted their service and quality. I ordered was not disappointed. There are lots of reviews about this product on other retail website suspecting that Sophie was a fake but I am completely satisfied that my daughter's one is genuine. I purchased it for my 3 month old daughter and now at nearly 4 months old she has started holding Sophie and is always pleased to see her. Sophie is easy for her to hold and she enjoys her squeak. Looking forward to her using it as a teether.
