    Free JoJo Returns Offer (UK only)
    The free returns offer is available to UK customers only and applies to all orders between 23th January until 28th February 2019.

    During the offer period, we will enclose a Free Returns label with your order, along with an instruction letter explaining how to return or exchange an item. It is vital that you return the parcel in the correct manner. All items must be returned in saleable condition within 28 days of receipt, with swing tickets still attached and preferably in the original packaging.

    Don’t forget the quickest way to return or exchange an item is to visit one of our stores. NB: Large products such as furniture and storage units may not be returned to store.

    We take great care and pride in the quality of our products and we hope that you are happy with your purchases, however if you do need to return an item you can do so within 28-days of receipt.

    Want to review Pair of Bow Clips?

    Lovely clips. Stayed in her hair all day. They don't pull her hair out when taking the clip out. Easy to put in too and no risk of hurting her scalp. Love them!

    Lovely little clips. Could be made slightly neater as there was a bit too much visible glue but can hardly notice once in my daughters hair.

    I loved the bright color of this hair clip but sadly they don't stay in. I don't think the actual clip part is strong enough. I have the striped bow clips which work fine.

    I though these had material on both sides but they don't the back is two metal prongs that are covered in glue and with one side that is bent. Really disappointed as for the price they're actually quite flimsy

    Fab clips, best I've bought and recommend them to friends. As per below they don't take half her hair out when she pulls them out but stay put. A fab size to complement bunches on a toddler without being tacky looking.
    Really confused by the 1 star review as these clips are the same regardless of which way round you put them. There isn't a left and right as the clip is the same as upside down as the 'right way, round!!!! I'm a straight line, matching kind of person who would have a problem if they were symmetrical in bunches.

    Have previously bought pink and navy clips and received a right and left clip. Just received a cream pair and both right clips, I am very disappointed as want to put in either side of my little girls hair. I can't see the point of sending 2 of the same clip.

Measuring Guidelines

  • Comfort– we choose to use natural fibers (e.g. cotton or wool) wherever possible and test all fabrics for softness and suitability for delicate newborn and baby skin.
  • Practicality– we know how difficult it is to dress a wriggly little baby and have designed many innovative ways of making this often tricky task much easier – such as wrap over bodies, sleepsuits that open completely flat and wrap over knits.
  • Functionality– we aim to think as a parent & provide functional items. We all know there is no toddler in the world who will not want to splash and even sit in a nice deep puddle, so with this in mind we developed rainwear, which was totally waterproof but also breathable (so the child doesn’t get hot and sweaty). Most rainwear is either shower proof and breathable or waterproof but made of non-breathable PVC. This is just one example out of hundreds of styles where we would not accept a compromise & sought the perfect solution even if, sometimes, it means the items are a little more expensive than less effective versions.
