I know the quality is always good. I don’t have a problem with that. What I was very disappointed with was the delivery! I ordered four items in total as a gift for a new baby, I particularly ordered them to be delivered as ONE package!! Two items were delivered before the date specified and the second two were delivered a day late and at 11.00pm? So hence were out all night by the front door and could have been stolen. So I was very disappointed! I also think there should be a gift option so the recipient doesn’t know the cost etc! I would also criticise the address labelling as well. So not a happy bunny on this occasion!
